Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases from Epic Advisory Group, LLC (doing business as Little Leaders Launchpad).

Digital guides (downloads)

Our business startup guides are digital products delivered instantly as downloadable files. Because they cannot be "returned" once delivered, all sales of digital products are generally final and non-refundable.

We will always make it right

That said, we want you to be happy. If any of the following happen, email us at hello@littleleaderslaunchpad.com within 14 days and we will help, including issuing a refund or replacement where appropriate:

• Your file won't download or is corrupted and we can't fix it.
• You were charged incorrectly or charged more than once.
• You purchased the wrong guide by mistake and have not used it.
• The product was materially not as described.

The book

Our printed book is sold and fulfilled through Amazon. Refunds and returns for the book are handled under Amazon's return policy, not ours.

Classroom and bulk orders

Bulk and classroom orders are arranged directly with us. Refund terms for those orders are set out in your order agreement.
